On April 29, the 1st though 8th graders at St. Peter School celebrated Grandparents Day. The day started with Mass with the 7th and 8th students in the choir. Then everyone headed downstairs for the performance. The students got to sit with their grandparents which included talking and eating. The grandparents really enjoyed seeing the students perform some amazing songs. The songs that they sang were "Welcome to Our School" performed by the 1st through 5th grade students, "Homeward Bound" performed by the 7th and 8th grade girls, "My Heart is in the Highlands" performed by the 7th and 8th grade boys, "Les Miserables" a medley performed by the 5th through 8th grade students, and finally "Rock-a-My Soul" performed by the 1st through 8th grade students.
